  • We carefully match caregivers with families based on the specific needs and preferences of both parties. This includes considering the caregiver’s skills, experience, and compatibility with your family’s requirements.

  • Our CareGivers undergo a lengthy hiring process and are thoroughly background checked, including criminal history, reference verifications and social media checks. They need to pass Unicorn Family Care exams, produce government issued ID, submit all certificates they say they have and all families they attend are asked for feedback. They are also selected based on their experience, qualifications, training relevant to the care they will provide and their personal interests and comfort zones.

  • If you have any issues or concerns, please reach out to Colleen or Corrina immediately. We will address the matter promptly and work towards a resolution to ensure your satisfaction and the quality of care is that which matches the expectations of Unicorn Family Care.

  • Tipping Unicorn Family Care staff is often appreciated but never expected.

    IF YOU PERSONALLY choose to provide a tip please consider the following:

    Ultimately, tipping is a personal choice, and the amount should reflect your satisfaction with the service provided. Never ever, feel pressured to tip as all staff members are paid fairly and wages are regularly discussed based on family feedback.

  • At Unicorn Family Care, we do not accept cash payments for our services. However, you are welcome to provide cash as a tip for our staff. For service payments, please use our accepted methods, such as credit/debit cards, and other online payment options.
